The Ministry for Primary Industries began looking for videos for internal communications. By the time we were finished we'd been telling their employment stories to the wider world.

I began helping MPI when they needed material to introduce the idea of "career conversations" to their staff. We did some graphic design and then created some videos to accompany their printed collateral. These were so effective that we did further internal communications videos for the Ministry, helping to introduce diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Through these videos, we introduced the character of Dave, an MPI staffer with a ginger mohawk. Dave started making cameos in all the MPI videos, and by the time we were doing our video talking about why MPI is a great employer, we got to see Dave at home with his family!
