The justice system takes time, and those delays often prevent equitable access to justice. The Ministry of Justice is always working to make the system fairer to all New Zealanders, and they wanted to tell Aotearoa about it.

The challenge was to talk about how the Ministry was trying to speed things up to avoid wasting people’s time in a video that didn’t waste people’s time. So I came up with the idea of putting a clock on the video (if you look at the Freightways videos, you’ll see I like a good time limit). By combining the time limit with some awesome time lapse footage, we created a video that modelled the new approach the Ministry was taking.
